Flexible

We cultivate the willingness to step back, to move forward, to give things time. This is a yoga of the heart, to be flexible. Find the time to move forward, stretch into the space, and to step back and rest. Like any yoga you won’t be flexible on day one. The main thing is to get out of the rigidity. It’s not all forward or all back. Get out of the rigidities you may have adopted.
